Can I add Red Bull, Monster Energy, Rockstar Energy (insert energy drink company name) to my graphics?

Unless you are a sponsored rider for these companies, and have written permission from them (yes we do check!), we are unable to print Energy Drink logos due to copyright restrictions. We can however print most other industry logos: Thor, Dunlop, etc.

Can I order a custom design, if I tell you what I want?

Yes, we do custom designs for all of our products. Setup fees will apply, in addition to the price of the product. Please contact a sales rep at sales@taneummx.com or 888-695-9750 for more information.

Can I send you a picture of graphics that I like for you to copy?

Due to legal copyright protections, we are unable to copy any designs.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can track your parcel.

You can also find out your tracking number by logging into the "My Account" section of our website.

Can you email me a design before I order so I can see what my graphics will look like?

We are unable to email any proofs unless you purchase a proof with your order. We do provide our interactive online product designer to help give you an idea of what your graphics will look like prior to ordering.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

While we always try our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Do you have stock/off the shelf graphics?

Yes, you will find all of our off the shelf graphics and team kits under the "Off the Shelf" section under your make and model.

Do you have templates for my bike? I don't see my model listed on your website.

We have a large library of templates for most bikes, atv's, snowmobiles, and side by sides. If you don't see your model on the order form, select Other, and fill in your Make Model and Year in the comment form. Chances are we do have your templates, and if not, we normally are able to get them!

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we offer Electronic Gift Certificates. Our Electronic Gift Certificates are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of an electronic Gift Certificate will receive an email with a Gift Certificate code redeemable online.

Do you sell plastics?

Yes, we are an authorized dealer for the main plastic manufacturers, including Acerbis, Cycra, and UFO.

If you purchase graphics and plastics from us we'll even install your graphics for free!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

UPS is unable to ship to PO Box addresses. If you would like us to ship your order to a PO Box be sure to select USPS during checkout.

How do I get sponsored?

Taneum MX offers one of the best rider support programs in the industry. To apply for Rider Support please submit an application through HookIt. We accept applications beginning in September for the following year.

How do I install my new graphics?

Please follow these instructions to ensure the correct installation of your new graphics:

Step 1 IMPORTANT: Always start with clean (preferably new) Plastics. To clean use Mineral Turpentine followed by soapy warm water. Ensure the plastics are rinsed and thoroughly dried before installation.

Step 2 Cut a 10mm strip off the backing paper on the end of the graphic, line up all bolt holes and stick down. If the bolt holes don't line up pull the graphic off and re-align. You can also tape the edges to steady the graphic in case it slips when installing.

Step 3 Slowly peel off backing paper in 10mm increments rubbing down the graphic with your thumbs, ensuring you remove any air bubbles.

Step 4 If required, you can heat up the graphic slightly with a hair drier to help mold and shape the graphic to the contours of the plastic this also helps to aid the removal of wrinkles and creases. Always be careful when heating as overheating the graphic can cause the material to warp or stretch out of shape. 

Step 5 Always trim all edges that overhang or lift if the graphic is not aligned correctly with a hobby or Stanley knife. Overhanging or ill fitting graphics will get dirt underneath them and may cause the graphic to lift.

Step 6 Always allow at least 48 hours for the graphic to bond correctly to the plastic before riding or washing your bike.


Warranty: As this is a custom made product especially for your use and can be difficult to install, we can only warrant products with manufactory defects.

PLEASE be careful when installing your new graphics! Contact Us if you need further advice on installation.

How long does it take to get my graphics?

Our turnaround time for Semi-Custom Graphic Kits is typically 3-5 days. For backgrounds our turnaround time is typically 1-2 days. This may vary based on your selection of logos and any additional design changes. If you need your graphics sooner, you can select "Rush this Item" on the order page to be moved to the front of the line. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Depending upon your location, shipping can add 1-7 days.

I have a headlight in my front plate or use aftermarket plastic instead of the stock plastics. How I do make sure you use the right template?

During the ordering process, make sure you let us know if you use an aftermarket front plate or use headlights in the appropriate section.

I have viewed my proof, but I want to make a change. How do I make changes?

We will make up to 2 revisions on your graphics with your purchased proof order. Explain in detail any changes that you want made in the proof email. Excessive changes (such as changes that result in change of the design or excessive logo design) or changes beyond your 2 free revisions will incur extra charges.

I received an email saying my order status has been updated to 'Awaiting Proof Approval', what does this mean?

If you ordered a proof with your graphics, this email is to let you know that your graphics have been designed, and a design proof has been emailed to you to view and approve. Instructions on how to proceed will be provided in the email and/or on the proof.

I wrecked one of my number plates (Or any other graphic part), can I just order the one part to be re-printed?

Yes you can order individual pieces. Just go to the Individual Pieces category under the make for you bike. If you have your order number from your previous order you can input it into the order form, otherwise you can redesign your pieces for the make and model that you need.

Is ordering through your website secure?

Yes. All transactions on our site are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer.

What are your graphics made of?

All of our graphics and backgrounds are subsurface printed on the most advanced 21mil material on the market. We use super-aggressive 3M adhesive to make sure that your graphics stick through the toughest of conditions.

What are your shipping options?

We ship UPS or USPS for all domestic orders. You can view shipping charges and select your shipping speed at checkout. For international orders, we use UPS and USPS Global Priority depending on your location.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and parts of Europe.

We are in the process of adding distributors throughout the world.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account and selecting the "My Account" option.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover through our secure website.

Where are your graphics made?

All of our graphics are made in the USA at our manufacturing facility. We use only US made materials in our products.

Why should I register an account at taneummx.com?

Registering an account on our website will mean you won’t have to re-enter your Billing or Shipping information, so you can check out faster. You can store multiple Billing/Shipping addresses. You will have a full history of all your previous orders with Taneum MX. You can also update your account details at any time.

Will you install my graphics for me?

Absolutely! And we'll do it for FREE!

Just purchase new plastic with your order and select the option for us to install your graphics. All you have to do is bolt the plastics on your bike. How simple is that!
